Erica Roess

President

Erica is the proud parent of two CRA alumni students. Her twins were part of the first class of CRA students enrolled from kindergarten to 8th grade. Professionally, Erica has worked as a city planner in California for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master’s Degree in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University. Erica volunteers as a deacon for her church, and among other duties, she assists in directing church funds to help local community organizations in need. Her positive and collaborative personality, paired with her extensive professional experience, provides her with a unique understanding of how to work with others to help achieve the organization’s goals and mission. Erica has a passion for helping people, especially children. She remembers her time fondly volunteering in the CRA classroom. Erica’s favorite pastime is being active in the ocean with her husband and sons by her side.
