Our CCC youth workers love working with kids and our kids love our youth workers. Our leaders have varying backgrounds and experiences working in youth programs. Most staffers have degrees or are in pursuit of degrees in education and child development. All of our staff have passed a thorough background check, have current CPR and First Aid certification and meet the qualifications required by California Licensing requirements.
Maria is a Laguna Beach native and has been with CCC since 2018. She has her Degree in Early Childhood Education and has obtained a Child Development Associate Teacher & Program Director Permit. For the past 10 years she has enjoyed working with children of all ages and learning new things through the children she encounters daily. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, going on road trips or the beach.
Sandra has worked with children for the past 12 years. She has been working for CCC since 2018. She truly enjoys working with children. When she is not at school, a few things she enjoys are trying new recipes and cooking for her family, playing with two new kittens and long nature walks.
Aylin has been working with the CCC since 2018. She enjoys working with children and helping the students explore their curiosity and creativity. She has obtained her BA in Sociology from CSUF. During her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and spending time with family and friends.
Jaed joined the CCC team in 2020, and prior to that has been working in childcare for over 5 years. She has obtained her bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and painting!
He is looking to expand his knowledge in fostering athletic development, promoting teamwork, and enhancing the physical fitness of our youth. He loves the summer time and going to the beach. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching basketball. His favorite team is the LA Lakers.
She is a Criminal Justice major but switched careers to teaching. She specializes in behaviors. She loves animals and working with elementary students. Most students know that she loves Harry Potter! She really enjoys watching the students grow and thrive!
She loves everything about plants and is a big fan of the outdoors. She is an archaeology student at California State University, Fullerton, with the hope of one day becoming an archaeologist in Yellowstone National Park.She enjoys spending time with her two cats, Tigger and Oliver, and her two tortoises, Stella and Donatello. She loves growing all kinds of plants, from poppies and sunflowers to peppers and potatoes, but her real passion is growing native milkweed to help the Monarch Butterfly population.
Cassandra has worked for CCC since 2024. She loves exploring the outdoors and going to the beach to watch the sunset. In her free time she enjoys watching Disney movies.
She is studying psychology and child development at Cal State Fullerton. She enjoys reading, going to the beach, and baking!
She likes to travel and explore new places. Her favorite food is sushi and her favorite drink is chai tea. In her free time she likes to read or watch movies.
