Mrs. Hayes

Fresh off the plane, Mrs. Hayes has just moved to California from the North Shore of O’ahu! She has a total of 7 years experience teaching both Social Science and Spanish language across grades 6-12. She holds clear California teaching credentials in both subjects, and has a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology. Mrs. Hayes believes that being a  teacher is more than just pushing the curriculum. It is being a role model, an advocate, and an active participant in the school culture and community. She strives to push her students in the classroom while creating a positive and trusting environment. On her off days you can find her in the surf lineup or exploring the beautiful state and national parks California has to offer!
