Dr. Sandra Fleming

Dr. Sandra Fleming is a clinical adjunct professor at LaFetra College of Education at University of La Verne. She currently teaches in the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program (PASC) and works closely with the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) to ensure effective, up-to-date instruction within the program. She also taught in the Master’s of Learning and Teaching (MALT) program at the University of Redlands supporting new teachers in successful engagement and instructional strategies. Her research in leadership and emotional intelligence has allowed her to present at various organizations. She previously served as a Principal, Assistant Principal, and teacher in the Etiwanda School District for 20 years. She has been integral in developing successful Universal Design programs within her district and her onsite leadership at three school sites led to those sites being recognized as California Distinguished Schools. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at California State University, San Bernardino. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.
